S 公司出口业务流程优化研究【摘要】企业业务流程是由多个环节组成,离不开部门间协调与活动衔接。业务流程优化有利于降低公司成本、提高工作效率。本文以 S 公司出口业务流程为研究对象,发现存在尾端工作急迫问题和可优化空间。主要通过流程图和步骤描述的方式来介绍 S 公司出口业务流程的现状,结合 SAP 系统订单情况、生产计划、物流协调、单证信息流通以及财务的协调,在众多环节下找出核心部分,寻找可优化流程方向,采取 5W1H 分析法、ECRS 分析法、建模提出优化方案,并对优化流程进行预期效果。研究成果表明,流程优化能带来运费节约与环节流畅的直接效益。论文偏向定性分析,主要考虑内部欧美出口业务,存在一定局限性。但由于整体出口业务存有共性,本文的流程优化仍有利于提高 S 公司市场竞争力,相信能为橡胶和塑料制品业的出口业务流程提供一定提示作用。【关键词】出口业务流程;流程分析;流程改造Research on Optimization of S Company's Export Business Process[Abstract] Enterprise business process is composed of many links, which is unseparated from inter departments coordination and activities convergence. Business process optimization is instrumental in reducing the cost of the enterprise and improving work efficiency. This paper takes S company's export business process as the research object, however, urgent situation of back end and direction for optimization has been found out. It mainly introduces the current situation of S company's export business process by flow chart and step descriptions. Combining with the system order, production plan, logistics coordination, information and financial coordination, finding the direction of the optimized process, adopts 5W1H analysis, ECRS analysis and modeling to put forward the optimized scheme, and making the expected effect on the optimized process.
