第三方物流服务优化研究—以京东物流乐歌园区某平台为例【摘要】现代社会中第三方物流服务不再局限于仅提供仓储、运输、配送等单一物流服务，而是发展成为提供综合化、个性化、信息化的物流服务。第三方物流服务的优化已成为我国物流企业需要深入探索的关键问题。本文通过引入京东物流园区某仓储平台例子，结合第三方物流发展趋势、物流服务优化研究现状和物流服务质量与水平等相关理论，分析该平台物流服务运作管理中存在的问题，并运用 ESIA 法、标杆管理法等相关分析方法进行优化分析，为改善物流服务运作流程提供参考建议。【关键词】第三方物流；物流服务质量；物流仓储服务；物流包装服务；物流增值服务Research on the optimization of the third party logistics service -- taking a platform of JD logistics park LEGE storage platform as an example[Abstract]In modern society, third-party logistics services are no longer limited to providing single logistics services such as warehousing, transportation and distribution, but have developed into comprehensive, personalized and informationalized logistics services.
