企业物流外包的风险分析及优化建议——以 JJIC 广州分公司为例【摘要】物流外包给企业带来相应利润的同时，风险也会伴随产生，给企业造成巨大损失。为此，企业要运用科学合理的方法对企业物流外包过程中可能存在的风险进行分析，提出相应的优化建议，以此来推动企业更优发展。本文主要以 JJIC 公司物流外包过程作为研究对象，运用物流外包相关知识与风险管理理论，通过调研访谈与实习工作收集第一手数据，主要采用定量、定性及表格描述的方法对获取的数据进行分析，最后针对实际存在的风险情况，提出相应的优化建议以及定性优化流程图，并预测优化流程效果。由于实习限制，论文偏向定性分析优化，存在一定局限性。但研究结果表明，通过运用定量分析的比较选择法等方法，流程优化更能提供直接的企业效益，降低 JJIC 的物流成本，合理配置资源。【关键词】物流外包；风险；风险分析；优化建议Risk analysis and optimization suggestions of enterprise logistics outsourcing -- Take JJIC Guangzhou Branch as an example[Abstract] At the same time that logistics outsourcing brings corresponding profits to enterprises, risks will also accompany them, causing huge losses to enterprises.
