中山市大参林物流配送模式设计【摘要】随着连锁经营理论和实践向更完善的地方发展，越来越多的企业选择这种模式，而对于连锁经营企业来说，物流配送能力可谓是对连锁企业经营未来的发展有着决定性作用的，可以进一步扩大自身的竞争优势。所以本文对现在的四种物流配送模式进行介绍和分析，并且关注连锁企业中山市大参林的物流配送能力，针对中山市大参林目前的经营现状和物流发展现状，以大参林的发展战略为基础，分析目前存在使用的物流配送模式哪一种更适用于大参林的发展，首先应用矩阵图决策法对大参林进行简单粗略的分析，其次运用层次分析法进一步验证，对现有的四种物流配送模式进行比较分析，根据大参林的发展情况得出相应数据，通过各方面的比较和计算，根据数据分析的结果是目前阶段大参林最适合的物流配送模式是自营配送。最后的结论是自营配送模式是比较适合中大规模的连锁经营企业，而小规模的企业则不适用。【关键词】物流配送模式；连锁经营；层次分析法The Design of Logistics Distribution Mode of Dashenlin in Zhongshan[Abstract] With the development of chain operation theory and practice to a more perfect place, more and more enterprises choose this mode.
