北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文深圳市泉丰玩具公司仓储优化研究深圳市泉丰玩具公司仓储优化研究摘 要随着物流行业的快速发展，作为物流作业过程中重要的一个节点的仓库也日益突显出其自身的重要性。仓库主要的作用就是储存和保护货物，在企业当中，选择合适的仓库类型尤为重要，相对于其他产业而言，生产制造业更适合自有仓库的运营模式，尤其是在当今需求多变的时代，仓库就可以起到较好地调节需求不稳定状态的作用。而高效率和低成本的仓库不仅可以为企业带来更可观的收益，物流供应链的各个成员更是可以从中受益，并且将带动社会经济的发展。然而,想要更好管理仓库，就必须对仓库的仓储系统进行整体的优化。本文以一家制造型企业的仓库作为研究对象，通过对其进行实地调研和收集数据资料，从而了解其仓库的仓储问题，结合 EIQ 分析法和 ABC 分类法对仓库货物分类并加以分析，针对企业的仓储问题提出改进建议。让企业仓库的仓储管理可以更加科学有效地实施，优化仓库布局，合理使用仓库资源，从而提高仓库运作效率。关键词：仓储优化；EIQ 分析法；ABC 分类法 I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Research on Storage Optimization of Shenzhen Quan feng Toy CompanyAbstractWith the rapid development of the logistics industry, warehouses, as an important node in the logistics operation process, are increasingly showing their importance.
