本科论文摘 要 员工关系管理是人力资源管理的重要组成部分。国内外大量相关研究证明,当员工关系正向发展时,员工对企业的认同感会逐渐增强,员工的工作积极性会得到提高,从而降低员工的离职率,打造良好的人力资源管理环境。目前,BS 公司的员工关系管理在各个方面仍存在许多问题,不仅限制了员工的业务能力,也影响了企业的发展。为此,本文的重点是研究如何进行 BS 公司员工关系管理。本文以 BS 公司的员工关系管理为研究对象,在研究方法上运用问卷调查、文献梳理等方法,在公司现有内外部环境下,分析了 BS 公司的员工关系管理所存在的普遍的问题总结了 BS 公司员工关系管理的特点和存在的问题,并有针对性的设计出一套切实有效的、合理的员工关系管理优化方案。中文关键词 员工关系管理; BS 公司; 优化Abstract 本科论文Employee relationship management is an important part of human resource management.
