封面中小企业薪酬管理问题研究——以上海锦江旅游控股有限公司为例摘要旧的薪酬体制以及分配制度下的一些不适应企业发展的矛盾和问题逐步凸显出来,企业如何在改制完成后顺利迈向全速发展轨道,实施薪酬改革无疑是企业需要做的最为重要的战略选择。上海锦江旅游控股有限公司是主要经营入境旅游和出境旅游两大业务,其发展是建立在原上海锦江旅游有限公司和原上海华亭海外旅游公司两大旅游企业的基础上,公司同时连续 8 年名列全国国际旅行社百强行列。现有职工 1300 余人,目前,集团公司拥有 22 家独立法人企业和 20 余家管理公司、分公司、项目经理部。随着集团公司队伍的日益壮大,为公司员工需求制定薪酬改革策略已然成为薪酬管理的重要课题。因此,本文主旨为企业发展薪酬改革的研究,为企业的持续稳定发展做出坚实的基础。关键词:中小企业;薪酬体系;薪酬管理AbstractThe old salary system and some contradictions and problems under the distribution system that are not suitable for enterprise development have gradually become prominent.
