广州工商学院学生职业生涯规划的问题与对策研究内 容 摘 要大学生是国家的重要人力资源。随着高校毕业生人数的不断增加，企业以及社会对大学生的能力要求日渐严格。提高大学生的职业竞争力日渐成为高校在大学生培养过程中需要考虑的重要问题，高校职业生涯规划教育的开展也因此面临着更大的挑战。本文以广州工商学院为例，通过网络发放调查问卷的形式对该校学生职业生涯规划的相关内容进行了调查，获得了第一手资料。分析总结出了目前广州工商学院学生职业生涯规划教育开展过程中存在的主要问题，并结合所学知识、所查资料和个人思考，提出广州工商学院在开展学生职业生涯规划教育时应该加强学生、学校与企业三方之间的关联性，促使学生建立规划意识并提高规划执行力，充分发挥学校教学课程与就业指导中心的作用，加强与企业之间的协作，帮助学生做好职业生涯规划，更好地走向社会，实现自己的人生价值。关键词：职业生涯规划；问题分析；对策研究；广州工商学院IProblems and Countermeasures of Career Planning for Guangzhou College of Technology and BusinessAbstractCollege students are an important human resource of the country.
