下载后可任意编辑“五位一体”创新培育跨境复合型商务英语人才“五位一体”创新培育跨境复合型商务英语人才 袁晨钊 【摘 要】目前，跨境电商愈发受到社会的关注与重视，相关人才需求量处于不断上升的趋势。怎样培育更多复合型商务英语人才以符合跨境企业的实际需要，也是当前高职院校商务英语专业任课老师关注的重点。为此，论文深化讨论了我国跨境电商产业基本情况和人才培育模式有待完善的地方，并从产业引擎、专业协同、校企合作、课赛融通以及众创空间平台五个方面构建适宜于培育市场需求人才的教育模式，为高职院校培育跨境复合型商务英语人才提供相应的参考与帮助。 【关键词】“五位一体”;复合型商务英语人才;高职院校 【Abstract】Nowadays， cross-border e-commerce has been paid more and more attention by the society ， and the demand for relevant talents is on the rise. How to cultivate more complex business English talents to meet the actual needs of cross-border enterprises is also the focus of current business English teachers in vocational colleges.
