Ltd. ， Ningbo xxxx ， China） 【摘 要】财务报表分析是企业财务管理的重要内容，关系到企业的经营进展。然而当前我国大部分企业财务报表存在失真、数据信息不准确、不全面，各类报表相互独立，无法真实反映企业财务状况等问题，导致无法给企业的经营进展提供有效的参考和决策。论文主要分析当前我国企业财务报表中的常见问题，并根据这些问题提出相应的改进措施。 【Abstract】Financial statement analysis is an important part of enterprise financial management， which is related to the enterprise development. However， at present， most of the financial statements of our country are distorted， the data information is not accurate， not comprehensive， all kinds of statements are independent of each other ， and can not truly reflect the financial situation of the enterprise， so it can not provide effective reference and decision for the management and development of the enterprise.
