下载后可任意编辑基于“放管服”改革背景下高校科研经费管理讨论基于“放管服”改革背景下高校科研经费管理讨论 栾岚肖飞高振东 摘要：近年来，国家对高等教育事业愈发重视，高校的师资力量不断增强 ，政府的扶持力度逐渐加大，高校的科研活动越来越多，科研经费越来越大，随之而来的是高校科研经费管理的严峻形势。为了帮助高校在“放管服”改革背景下加强高校科研经费的管理，本文通过分析高校科研经费管理方面存在的问题，进而探讨加强高校科研经费管理的措施，以期为高校构建能够有效提升科研经费使用效率的管理体系。 Abstract： In recent years， the state has paid more and more attention to the cause of higher education ， the faculty of colleges and universities has been continuously strengthened ， the government"s support has gradually increased， and there have been more and more scientific research activities in colleges and universities， and the funding for scientific research has been increasing. It is a grim situation in the management of scientific research funds in universities.
