下载后可任意编辑大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁悬臂节段箱梁挂篮施工技术大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁悬臂节段箱梁挂篮施工技术 李超 摘要:预应力混凝土桥梁悬臂节段箱梁具有很强的优势,被广泛应用于大跨度桥梁建筑中。大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁悬臂节段箱梁的施工程序较为复杂,目前所使用的施工方法主要是挂篮悬臂浇筑法,这种施工方法的施工环节和施工技术都有不同程度的难度,上部结构的主梁各个环节的节段工序主要有:立模、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑、预应力张拉以及挂篮前移等。本文着重对大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁悬臂节段箱梁挂篮施工技术进行分析阐述。 关键词:大跨度;预应力;混凝土桥梁;悬臂节段箱梁 Abstract: Prestressed concrete bridge cantilever segment box girder has a strong advantage , and it is widely used in large-span bridge construction. The construction procedure is relatively complicated. The construction method currently used is mainly the hanging basket cantilever pouring method and the construction steps and construction techniques of this method have different degrees of difficulty. The main steps of each link of the main beam include vertical formwork, steel bar lashing , concrete pouring , prestressed tension and forward movement of the hanging basket. This article focuses on the analysis and description of the construction technology of the box girder hanging basket of the cantilever segment of the long-span prestressed concrete bridge.
