下载后可任意编辑抗丙肝药物_HCV-RNA 抗-HCV 和 ALT 联合检测在丙肝中诊断的应用抗丙肝药物_HCV-RNA 抗-HCV 和 ALT 联合检测在丙肝中诊断的应用 【摘要】 目的 探讨丙肝(抗-HCV)阳性人群中，其丙型肝炎病毒核酸(HCV RNA)含量与丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)的关系。方法 采纳荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)技术检测 222 例丙型肝炎病毒感染者血清 HCV RNA 含量，采纳酶联免疫法检测抗-HCV,采纳酶法检测其 ALT 水平。结果 222 例抗-HCV 阳性标本中 135 例HCV RNA 阳 性 (>500 拷 贝 /ml) ， 阳 性 率 为 60.8% ， 120 份 标 本 ALT 异常(>40U/L)，异常率为 54%，ALT 水平及异常率随 HCV RNA 含量的升高而增加。 结论 ALT 水平及异常率与 HCV RNA 之间呈正相关，提示 ALT 水平可间接反映HCV 在肝脏的复制程度，HCV-RNA 含量与抗-HCV 同时检测可以提高临床对丙型肝炎的诊断，HCV-RNA 是反映 HCV 复制的可靠指标，结合 ALT 生化指标结果可帮助临床了解 HCV 在体内的复制状况。 【关键词】 丙型肝炎；丙肝抗体；丙型肝炎病毒核酸 Clinical application HCV-RNA anti-HCV And ALT examination in diagnosis of patients with HCV QIAN Ming, YUAN Jun-jun, FU Jian-zhao ， et al.
