Therefore， this paper combines the comprehensive rehabilitation project of the north section of Wenhe River to study the soil and water conservation design. It first expounds the project overview ， then analyzes the advantages of the project construction ， and finally puts forward suggestions for soil and water conservation ， hoping to provide reference for related industries.
