下载后可任意编辑烟草企业技改工程建设项目管理模式的探讨烟草企业技改工程建设项目管理模式的探讨 王历斌 【摘 要】随着社会的进展，人们越来越注重健康的生活方式。烟草企业的经济增长速度缓慢，为了实现可持续进展，烟草企业要不断细化管理模式，降低成本，挖掘新的潜力。项目管理是烟草企业技改的基本支持，为了推动经济的增长，烟草企业必须对项目管理模式进行有效探究，合理有效地制定烟草企业的管理模式。基于此，论文主要对烟草企业技改工程建设项目管理模式进行了分析，从四个方面介绍了项目管理模式优化的对策，以供相关人士参考沟通。 【Abstract】With the development of society， people pay more and more attention to healthy lifestyle. The economic growth rate of tobacco enterprises is slow. In order to achieve sustainable development， tobacco enterprises should constantly refine management mode， reduce costs and tap new potential. Project management is the basic support of technical transformation of tobacco enterprises. In order to promote economic growth ， tobacco enterprises must effectively explore the project management mode and formulate the management mode of tobacco enterprises reasonably and effectively.
