下载后可任意编辑老年用药不良反应实例分析_与用药剂量无关的不良反应老年用药不良反应实例分析_与用药剂量无关的不良反应 【Abstract】To contribute the occurrence and distribution of adverse drug reaction (ADR) of aged people in order to provide the scientific and exact information for rational drug usage in clinical practice. 300 aged people’s ADR reports collected by our hospital from January 20XX to January 20XX were analyzed retrospectively. The lesions of aged people’s ADR involved primarily skin and its accessories (28.7 %), digestive system (11.3%) and nerve system (13.7%). There were 138 kinds of drugs causing ADR.The major class of drugs inducing ADR were antibacterial drug, circulatory system drugs and nervous system drugs. 244(81.3%) ADR cases were induced by the intravenous route of administration.
