时间:二 O 二一年七月二十九日时间:二 O 二一年七月二十九日摘要之阿布丰王创作时间:二 O 二一年七月二十九日研究了用固相接枝法对聚丙烯(PP) 进行三单体AA/MAH/St接枝改性技术. 由于聚丙烯是非极性聚合物, 其亲水性、染色性、粘接性以及与其它极性聚合物和无机填料等的相容性都很差, 很年夜水平上限制了聚丙烯的进一步推广应用. 接枝改性是扩年夜聚丙烯应用面的一种简单而又行之有效的方法. 本实验通过使用丙烯酸 (AA) 、马来酸酐( MAH)、苯乙烯( St )对接枝反应时间、反应温度、引发剂用量、界面剂用量、单体用量对接枝率的影响进行研究, 通过测定分歧条件下产物的接枝率, 找出了影响接枝率的主要因素, 对接枝工艺条件进行了优化. 实验对单体单接、双接、三接进行了研究, 而且通过熔片、红外 IR 等方法对接枝产物进行了表征, 实验结果分析标明三单体接枝产物在性能上要优于其他两种方法.关键词 :聚丙烯;固相接枝;改性;三单体时间:二 O 二一年七月二十九日时间:二 O 二一年七月二十九日AbstractThe three monomers AA/MAH/St grafting technology by solid-grafting method of polypropylene (PP) was researched in this paper.Because PP was non-polar, and its hydrophilicity, dyeability, adhesion, the compatibilitywith other polar polymers and inorganic fillers, these shortcomings limited PP to further application largely.Appropriate polarity of the chain was introduced to molecular chain of PP, by using the reaction and the polarity of the chain not only improve their performance deficiencies but also add a new nature, so expanding the application by grafting Polypropylene is a simple and effective way.Acrylic acid (AA), maleic anhydride (MAH), styrene (St) were used in this experiment. By studying reaction time, temperature, initiator concentration, solventsand the amount of grafting monomer to measure grafting rate of product under the different conditions and identify the main factors of impaction of graft, the last optimizing graft process.Single-access, dual-access...
