Based in Shanghai, the advisor will provide support to customers in Asia
The candidate needs to be customer service-oriented and proficient in these 2 languages; Japanese and Chinese, in order to liaise with our worldwide customers
This role will provide technical support via phone, email and chat
You need to guide customers to use and troubleshoot the products and resolve the issue in a timely manner
You have to assist in Japanese/Chinese knowledgebase article translation and publication
Previous experience in a related role, computer literacy and a keen interest in digital entertainment products such as speakers, headphones
