This role will provide technical support via phone, email and chat. You need to guide customers to use and troubleshoot the products and resolve the issue in a timely manner. You have to assist in Japanese/Chinese knowledgebase article translation and publication. Previous experience in a related role, computer literacy and a keen interest in digital entertainment products such as speakers, headphones and sound cards are distinct advantages.
