Now most of the corporations in china have few consciousnesses in it. So they need to build their core competence in haste. This paper explains the basic intension about the core competence, then introduces the chief content and further raises the basic countermeasures to build the core competence of corporation in china. At last, we emphasize how to manage the core competence of corporation to deal with the challenge for the transnational corporations with powerful core competence.
