手术室采用中医护理的效果观察与评价【摘要】目的：探讨中医护理在手术室中的应用效果。方法：选取 2014 年 4 月-2014 年 5 月本院收治的 400 例需进行手术的患者作为研究对象，按照护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组 200 例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行中医护理，观察比较两种护理方式的应用效果。结果：观察组护理满意度为 95.00%，高于对照组的 75.00%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组 SAS、SDS 评分均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术前、术中手术适应性评分及术中肌肉紧 张 程 度 均 低 于 对 照 组 ， 比 较 差 异 均 有 统 计 学 意 义（P<0.05）。结论：中医护理在手术室护理中应用效果显著，患者满意度高，提高了患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。【关键词】手术室；中医护理；效果【Abstract】Objective：TodiscusstheapplicationeffectoftraditionalChinesemedicinenursingintheoperatingroom.Method：FromApril2014toMay2014，400caseswhoneedsurgeryinourhospitalwereselectedastheresearchobjects，theyweredividedintothecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroupaccordingtodifferentnursingmethods，eachgrouphad200cases.ThecontrolgroupweretreatedwithroutinenursingandtheobservationgrouptreatedwithtraditionalChinesemedicinenursingonbasisofroutinenursing，theapplicationeffectsoftwonursingmethodswereobservedandcompared.Result：Thenursingsatisfactionrateofobservationgroupwas95.00%，washigherthan75.00%ofthecontrolgroup，thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（P<0.05）.TheSASandSDSscoresofobservationgroupwerealllowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup，thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant（P<0.05）.Thepreoperativeandintraoperativesurgicaladaptabilityscoreandmuscledegreeoftensionduringoperationoftheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup，thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignifican（tP<0.05）.Conclusion：TraditionalChinesemedicinenursingapplicationeffectisremarkableintheoperationroomnursing，patientsatisfactionishigh，itcanimprovethequalityoflifeforpatientsandworthyofclinicalpromotion.【Keywords】Operatingroom；TraditionalChinesemedicinenurs...
