下载后可任意编辑居住区建成环境对居民的适宜度影响讨论居住区建成环境对居民的适宜度影响讨论 王真真 张本效 摘要：居住用地作为最主要的、占地面积最多的城市用地之一，肩负着重要的使命。用地的选址，以及住区的规划和各项技术指标这些固化的标准，与已经建成的外部环境同时影响着居民的居住舒适度。我国的居民小区建设从上世纪九十年代前后的房改开始起步，至今经历了将近 20 年的时间，小区的规划、建设以及管理都是在不断摸索的过程中得到提升的，根据事物进展的客观规律的普遍性来看，这其中需要我们结合存在的问题不断改良和提升，才能进一步提高居民的居住舒适度。本文将采纳相关性分析与多元回归分析相结合的方式对杭州市临安区的筑境花园小区进行分析，通过问卷调查与实地走访相结合的方式，居民针对固定的指标对已建成的环境进行评价，然后根据这些数据进行分析，认为可以通过局部的改善提高居民居住适宜度。 Abstract： As one of the most important and most occupied urban land ， residential land has an important mission.
