结果表明单一因素试验时,低浓度 Cu2+和 Zn2+对小麦种子的萌发和生长有促进作用,高浓度 Cu2+和 Zn2+对小麦种子的萌发和生长有抑制作用
在研究复合作用时发现,在Cu2+,Zn2+复合浓度低时,对小麦的出芽率和幼苗生长有一定的促进作用,即 Cu2+,Zn2+浓度分别为 10mg/L,5mg/L 时,小麦种子萌发和生长情况最好
