下载后可任意编辑新课改下的化工安全人才培育模式探究新课改下的化工安全人才培育模式探究 王泽生 梁贵鸿 【摘 要】目前我国的化工行业蒸蒸日上，对于化工安全人才的需求刻不容缓。与此同时，复合型化工安全技術领域高端人才、应用类工程管理人才的培育迫在眉睫。基于此国情，再加上欧美国家对于培育化工安全人才的经验积累，论文全面而深刻地分析我国化工行业技术特色，总结我国化工安全技术人员在此方面的短板等问题。根据教育部与国家相关部门联合发布的《教育部国家安全监管总局关于加强化工安全人才培育工作的指导意见》要求，结合新课改背景下对于人才培育的有利条件，论文将从新课改背景下的教育模式现状、化工安全人才培育的目标、化工安全复合型人才培育模式和课程安排探究几个方面进行论述，从而更好地促进化工安全人才的正确培育模式的探究。 【关键词】新课改;化工安全;人才培育;复合型;高等教育 【Abstract】 At present， China"s chemical industry is on the rise， the demand for chemical safety talents is urgent. At the same time， the training of high-end talents of compound chemical safety technology field and applied engineering management talents is imminent. Based on this national condition and the experience accumulation of European and American countries in training chemical safety talents， this paper comprehensively and profoundly analyzes the technical characteristics of China"s chemical industry and summarizes the shortcomings of China"s chemical safety technicians in this aspect.
