下载后可任意编辑浅析建筑业央企财务公司的战略路径浅析建筑业央企财务公司的战略路径 李行天 【摘 要】作为依托于企业集团的财务公司，其各方面特征与企业集团的行业特征密切相关，未来进展方向与其他行业企业集团的财务公司也有所不同。论文以建筑业央企财务公司 A 公司为例，对比分析建筑业财务公司与其他行业财务公司的指标特征。在此基础上，结合 A 公司整体特征，提出未来进展的战略路径与布局方向，为建筑业央企财务公司管理层提供决策借鉴。 【关键词】建筑业;财务公司;特征;战略路径 【Abstract】As a financial company relying on enterprise group， its various characteristics are closely related to the industry characteristics of enterprise group ， and its future development direction is also different from the financial company of enterprise groups of other industries. Taking company A as an example ， the paper compares and analyzes the index characteristics of financial companies in construction industry and other industries. On this basis， combined with the overall characteristics of company A， the paper puts forward the strategic path and layout direction of its future development， which can provide reference for the management of the financial company of the central enterprise in the construction industry. 【 Keywords 】 construction industry; finance company; characteristic; strategic path 1 引言 中国经济高速进展的四十年，也是建筑行业快速进展的四十年。据国家统计局数据显示，建筑业占 GDP 的比重由 1978 年的 3.8%增长到 20XX 年的 6.7%，增加值几乎是 1978 年的 400 倍。作为依托集团公司的财务公司，也经历了快速1下载后可任意编辑增长的进展阶段，据中国财务公司协会的相关数据显示，截至 20XX 年底，全国共有 258 家财务公司，管理表内外资产 10.33 万亿元，较 20XX 年底增加8298.41 亿元，增幅 8.74%。其中，央企表內外资产 6.55 万亿元，占所有财务公司的 63.41%。同时，17 个行业中，建筑建材业表内外管理资产 7793.45 亿元，排名第四，仅次于电力、石油化工与军工等...
