便秘的外科治疗及新进展

便秘的外科治疗及新进展[摘要]便秘主要分为肠慢传输型便秘、出口梗阻型便秘和混合型便秘三类。根据不同便秘类型的胃肠道功能异常情况进行的外科针对性治疗方法为：肠慢传输型便秘可以选择结肠次切除手术、结肠全部切除手术、回肠造口手术、结直肠全切除后行回肠储袋肛管吻合和结肠旷置手术；出口梗阻型便秘可以选择直肠黏膜排列结扎法、直肠黏膜切开前臂修补术和耻骨直肠肌部分切除；混合型便秘多病因复杂，故根据实际病情采取腹会阴联合手术进行治疗。在便秘的外科治疗新进展方面，微创手术的发展和腹腔镜技术的推广必定会为便秘的外科治疗带来新的曙光。[关键词]便秘，外科治疗，微创手术，腹腔镜New advances in surgical treatment of constipation[Abstract] constipation is divided into CSTC, OOC and mixed constipation three.According to the different types of surgery were constipation gastrointestinaldysfunction targeted treatment: CSTC can select colon resected colon resectionoperation, all operation, ileostomy operation, colorectal resection after ileal pouchanal anastomosis and colon by-pass operation; the OOC can choose the rectal mucosaligation, arrangement of rectal mucosa incision and forearm repair and puborectalismuscle resection; mixed constipation disease due to complicated, so according to theactual condition to take abdominal perineal operation treatment.
