下载后可任意编辑摘 要数字信号处理器 DSP 是一种独特的微处理器,它的强大数据处理能力和高运行速度,是最值得称道的两大特色。本课题采纳 TMS320VC5402 数字信号处理器,增量式PID 算法,通过修改输出脉冲的占空比,即以 PWM 方式实现对电热炉的温度控制。温度反馈信号通过 AD 采样,经 PID 算法处理,和设定初始温度值比较,控制 XF 输出的脉宽。测试结果表明,该系统有过渡时间短、超调量小和稳定误差小的特点。本设计对于温度控制的实现、应用与提高系统控制要求、精度、速度、能耗有一定的实际意义。关键字:PID,DSP,TMS320VC5402,温度控制下载后可任意编辑ABSTRACTThe DSP (digital signal processor) is a kind of unique microprocessors, its powerful data processing and high speed is the most admirable characteristics. This paper using digital signal processor TMS320VC5402, which adopted PID algorithm, through modify duty cycle of the output pulse, which means to realize PWM electrothermal furnace temperature control. Temperature feedback signals through sampling, the AD PID algorithm, and set the initial value, control the XF output pulse width.
