The past artificial catch bottle packing is inefficient, so the addition of mechanical arm is particularly important, it not only crawl fast, and can adapt to bad working environment, with packing and mechanical arm with warehousing, work efficiency is very high. In this design, this paper introduces the mechanical arm research status at home and abroad and the development trend of PLC, describes the working principle of mechanical arm control system and implementation process.
