青岛理工大学毕业论文摘 要本文通过对循环流化床的启动过程分析,为实现用可编程控制器( PLC)完成对此过程的自动控制,以安全启动和减轻人工负担为双目标,利用梯形图编写了 PLC 的控制程序。以 240t/h 锅炉为例,选取合适的模拟量输入模块,以达到基于对锅炉点火温度及炉膛温度实时监测下的安全启动过程。常规控制系统采纳继电器控制,元器件较多,控制线路复杂,抗干扰能力差,增加了故障点,维护和维修不方便。而利用 PLC 程序对锅炉启动进行控制,不仅有效简化控制线路,提高系统的抗干扰能力。方便现场的维护和维修,又可以简化操作,并且可以充分保证点火成功率。关键词:循环流化床锅炉,可编程控制器,控制程序ABSTRACTBy the start of the circulating fluidized bed process analysis, to achieve the use of programmable logic controller (PLC) automatic control of the completion of this process in a safe start-up and reduce the manual burden for the two-goal,the use of the preparation of the PLC ladder diagram control procedures.
