精品文档---下载后可任意编辑2024 年泰安市居民死因分析及疾病负担讨论的开题报告【摘要】目的：讨论 2024 年泰安市居民死因及疾病负担，掌握其死因结构，为制定健康政策提供科学依据。方法：统计 2024 年泰安市居民死亡原因，采纳年龄、性别等多种因素进行分析，以及采纳 DALY 指标来对疾病负担进行评估。结果：2024 年泰安市居民死亡数为 6565 人，全市居民死亡率为6.14‰，男性死亡率为 8.50‰，女性死亡率为 3.71‰。前五位死因分别为心血管疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、外伤。DALY指标显示，泰安市居民疾病负担主要来自于神经精神疾病、心血管疾病、肝炎和肝硬化等十种疾病。结论：心血管疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病等仍是泰安市居民死亡的主要原因，神经精神疾病、心血管疾病、肝炎和肝硬化等疾病对泰安市居民健康的负担比较重，需要加强健康教育和预防措施。【关键词】泰安市，死因结构，疾病负担，DALY 指标，健康教育【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the cause of deaths and disease burden of residents in Taian city in 2024, to understand the structure of the cause of death, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of health policies.Methods: The death causes of residents in Taian city in 2024 were collected and analyzed by age, gender, and other factors. The DALY index was also used to evaluate the disease burden.Results: In 2024, the number of deaths in Taian city was 6,565, and the mortality rate was 6.14‰. The mortality rate was 8.50‰ for males and 3.71‰ for females. The top five causes of death were cardiovascular disease, cancer, respiratory system disease, digestive system disease, and trauma. The DALY index showed that the main diseases burden on residents in Taian city were neurological and psychiatric diseases, cardiovascular diseases, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C, and other ten diseases.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Conclusion: Cardiovascular diseases, cancer, respiratory system diseases are still the main causes of death for residents in Taian city.
