This paper will study the influence of microstructure, cold working and welding on stress corrosion resistance of 690/600 alloy. Through XRD, SEM and other analysis of cold-worked alloys, the influence of cold working on the microstructure of the alloy is studied, and the influence of cold working on the stress corrosion resistance of the alloy is analyzed through corrosion tests. The influence of welding on the microstructure of the alloy is studied, and the influence of welding on the stress corrosion cracking resistance of the alloy is analyzed through tensile tests and corrosion tests of weld joints.
