In this paper, we studied the hole design and rolling technology of automobile rim profiled steel. Firstly, the development background and application status of rim profiled steel were introduced, and the importance of hole design of rim profiled steel was elaborated. Then the design principles and common hole types of rim profiled steel were discussed in detail, and the performance of different hole types was compared and analyzed by using finite element simulation software. Finally, the rolling process and equipment of the rim profiled steel were discussed, and the influence of key parameters in the rolling process on product quality was analyzed. This paper aims to provide a reference value for the improvement of hole design and rolling technology of automobile rim profiled steel.Keywords: automobile rim profiled steel; hole design; rolling technology; finite element simulation
