Firstly, the current situation of cost management of A company's project was analyzed and it was found that there were problems such as unreasonable cost budget, inadequate cost control, and non-standard cost accounting methods
Then, based on existing literature and expert opinions, improvement measures were proposed, including establishing a scientifically reasonable cost budget system, implementing cos
