By observing the differentiation of osteoblasts on titanium plates and analyzing the related factors of growth factors and signaling pathways, bFGF's effect on promoting bone formation was studied. The results showed that bFGF could significantly promote the differentiation of osteoblasts and enhance surface cell adhesion on the titanium plate. In addition, bFGF can stimulate the activation of a series of signaling pathways, increase the expression of related genes, and thus accelerate the differentiation of osteoblasts and bone formation. This study provides a deeper understanding and support for the better application of bFGF in promoting osseointegration and implantation in the field.Keywords: bFGF, osteoblasts, titanium surface, signaling pathways, bone formation.
