Studying this problem is of great significance for understanding natural phenomena and engineering applications. This paper will explore the multiple stable solution phenomena of BGC cylindrical thermal convection and the research on RM instability, including theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.In the theoretical analysis part, the basic principles of BGC cylindrical thermal convection and the causes of multiple stable solution phenomena will be introduced. At the same time, the mechanism and manifestations of RM instability will be analyzed. In the numerical simulation part, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method will be adopted to simulate and analyze the multiple stable solution phenomena of BGC cylindrical thermal convection and RM instability.
