Supersonic plasma spraying technology is an efficient surface coating technology that can form high-quality ceramic coatings on the surface of alloys, thereby improving the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and other properties of the alloy. In this study, the effect of Ce on the microstructure and properties of high aluminum bronze supersonic plasma sprayed coatings was investigated. CeO2 nanoparticles were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion technology, and then used in supersonic plasma spraying. The study found that the addition of an appropriate amount of CeO2 particles can significantly improve the friction and wear resistance of the alloy coating and improve its corrosion resistance.Keywords: High aluminum bronze, supersonic plasma spraying, CeO2 nanoparticles, wear resistance, corrosion resistance.
