In this paper, we study the low voltage low noise amplifier in CMOS technology, including circuit structure design, device parameter optimization, circuit performance analysis and simulation validation.Firstly, we review the current research status of low voltage low noise amplifier and point out the problems and challenges in this field. Then, we propose an amplifier circuit structure based on current mirror, which can effectively reduce circuit power consumption, enhance circuit bandwidth and improve circuit gain. At the same time, we further improve the circuit performance by optimizing the size, length and material of the pipe.Next, we analyze the designed low voltage low noise amplifier in detail, including gain, bandwidth, noise coefficient and other performance parameters.
