However, commonly used anti-ulcer drugs often cause adverse reactions such as dizziness, diarrhea, and rash. Therefore, it is of great clinical significance to find safe and effective anti-ulcer drugs. This article aims to explore the protective effect of DIDS on alcohol-induced gastric mucosal injury in rats. By establishing a model of gastric ulcer induced by alcohol in rats, the effects of different concentrations of DIDS on gastric mucosal injury and the expression of inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6 were observed. The results showed that DIDS could effectively reduce the degree of gastric mucosal injury caused by alcohol, and the protective effect of the high-dose DIDS group was the most significant, and it could also inhibit the expression of TNF-α and IL-6.In summary, DIDS has the effect of protecting the gastric mucosa and reducing the inflammatory response, and is expected to become a new type of anti-ulcer drug.【Keywords】DIDS; gastric ulcer; alcohol; inflammatory response
