The study of its phase diagram is of great significance for understanding its basic properties and optimizing its alloy design. In this paper, the phase diagram of Gd-Mn-Si ternary system alloy under 500℃ is studied and analyzed by thermodynamic calculation method.Firstly, the Thermo-Calc software is used to calculate the phase diagram of Gd-Mn-Si ternary system alloy, and the composition range and relatively stable phases of the ternary system alloy are obtained. Then, the isothermal section is analyzed in detail, and the phase diagram is plotted.
