In aqueous solution, surfactant molecules self-assemble into different structures such as spherical micelles, fibrous micelles, and liquid crystals. This study focused on Gemini surfactants, and explored their self-assembly structures and properties in aqueous solutions by mixing in different proportions.The results showed that with the change in the proportion of Gemini surfactants, their self-assembly structures changed. When two different Gemini surfactants were mixed, two different self-assembly structures appeared, one similar to the micelle structure, and the other a liquid crystal structure. When the same type of Gemini surfactants were mixed, the self-assembly structures were mainly liquid crystals.
