GH Insurance, as one of the leading companies in China's insurance industry, the salary satisfaction of its grassroots employees not only involves personal livelihood issues, but also relates to organizational efficiency, corporate image and cultural construction. Therefore, this study aims to explore the impact of GH Insurance's grassroots employees' salary satisfaction on their propensity to leave, and put forward relevant improvement suggestions to promote the sustainable development of the company.This study will use methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis, and use SPSS software to process and analyze data.
