HPV E6/E7 mRNA is the main transcription product of HPV infection in the early stage, and it is highly related to carcinogenesis. HPV E6/E7 mRNA detection has the advantages of high sensitivity and specificity, and has important clinical value in early screening of cervical cancer, lesion evaluation, and monitoring of treatment response.
