The results showed that the corrosion rate of J55 steel under different flow rates showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, and the corrosion rate was the largest at a flow rate of 1.0 m/s. Scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis showed that the corrosion products were mainly Fe2O3 and Fe3O4. Electrochemical testing results showed that the time with the smallest drop in the negative polarization curve was the corrosion kinetic equilibrium time, which was consistent with the experimental results of weight loss method.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑The study shows that flow rate has an important influence on the corrosion behavior of J55 steel in simulated seawater, and the corrosion rate changes with the influence of the flow field.
