LASIK surgery aims to correct refractive errors of the eye, but it also changes the overall and corneal wavefront aberrations. Thus, it is important to study the changes in wavefront aberrations after LASIK surgery to better understand the factors that affect visual outcomes. Objectives:The main objectives of this study are to:1. Evaluate the changes in overall and corneal wavefront aberrations before and after LASIK surgery.2. Analyze the relationship between changes in overall and corneal wavefront aberrations and visual outcomes after LASIK surgery. Methods:This study will be a prospective, observational, and cross-sectional study investigating the changes in overall and corneal wavefront aberrations before and after LASIK surgery. The study will involve 60 patients with myopia and/or astigmatism who are determined to be good LASIK candidates. The patients will undergo comprehensive ophthalmic examination, including visual acuity testing, refractive error measurement, and corneal topography evaluation using wavefront technology. The evaluation will be performed preoperatively, at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months postoperatively. Results:The primary outcome will be the changes in overall and corneal wavefront aberrations before and after LASIK surgery. The secondary outcome will be the relationship between 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑changes in wavefront aberrations and visual outcomes after LASIK surgery. Data will be analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. Conclusion:This study will provide valuable information about the changes in overall and corneal wavefront aberrations after LASIK surgery. The findings of this study may help to optimize LASIK surgery outcomes and improve patient satisfaction.
