MBR is a cellular metabolic process that can participate in the metabolism and degradation of estrogen together. Based on literature review, this paper analyses the molecular biology of estrogen co-metabolism and degradation mechanism in MBR, including related molecular mechanisms such as estrogen enzyme, estrogen receptor, and nuclear factor, and elaborates their role in the estrogen metabolism process.
