Through literature research and field research, we found that there are some problems in NF company's marketing channel management, including the lack of scientific channel design and ineffective channel performance monitoring.In view of these problems, we propose some improvement suggestions: first, we should strengthen the scientific analysis of channel design and formulate effective channel strategies; second, we should establish a sound channel performance evaluation system to monitor and evaluate the channel implementation situation; third, we should strengthen the training and management of channel partners, enhance their understanding and execution ability of the company's marketing strategy.This report also analyzes the market environment and competitive situation of NF cement products, and proposes some countermeasures.
