精品文档---下载后可任意编辑NI-CuAl2O3 催化剂的制备、表征及其催化顺酐液相加氢性能的开题报告摘要:本文报道了 NI-CuAl2O3 催化剂的制备、表征及其催化顺酐液相加氢性能。通过共沉淀法制备出了不同质量比的 NI-CuAl2O3 催化剂,并利用 XRD、TEM、BET、H2-TPR 等技术对其进行了表征。讨论结果表明,所制备的催化剂为纳米晶体结构,具有较高的比表面积和较好的还原性能。在此基础上,我们讨论了该催化剂对顺酐液相加氢的催化性能。结果表明,该催化剂具有较高的催化活性和选择性,且在较温柔的反应条件下即可达到较高的转化率和选择性。本讨论为进一步探究基于 NI-CuAl2O3 催化剂的液相合成技术提供了基础数据和参考。关键词:NI-CuAl2O3 催化剂;共沉淀法;液相加氢;催化性能Abstract:This paper reports the preparation, characterization and catalytic performance of NI-CuAl2O3 catalyst for the liquid-phase hydrogenation of phthalic anhydride. Different mass ratios of NI-CuAl2O3 catalyst were prepared by co-precipitation method, and characterized by XRD, TEM, BET, H2-TPR and other techniques. The results showed that the prepared catalyst has a nano-crystalline structure, a higher specific surface area and good reducibility.On this basis, we studied the catalytic performance of the catalyst for the liquid-phase hydrogenation of phthalic anhydride. The results showed that the catalyst has a high catalytic activity and selectivity, and high conversion rate and selectivity can be achieved under moderate reaction conditions.This study provides a foundation data and reference for further exploration of the liquid-phase synthesis technology based on NI-CuAl2O3 catalyst.Keywords: NI-CuAl2O3 catalyst; co-precipitation method; liquid-phase hydrogenation; catalytic performance.
