精品文档---下载后可任意编辑PROFIBUS 总线的嵌入式远程监控与诊断系统的开题报告摘要:随着工业自动化的进展,工业现场中采纳总线作为通信手段的越来越普遍。PROFIBUS 作为目前最为流行的现场总线之一,已广泛应用于工业生产过程中。为了提高 PROFIBUS 总线的可靠性和安全性,需要对其进行远程监控和诊断。本文提出了一种基于嵌入式技术的远程监控和诊断系统,该系统可实现 PROFIBUS 总线节点的实时监测、故障诊断和故障解决。系统硬件采纳了 STM32F407 芯片作为主控芯片,通过RS485 转 UART 芯片和赛迪通信芯片实现了与 PROFIBUS 总线的通信。系统软件采纳了 FreeRTOS 操作系统和基于 C++的程序设计语言,实现了节点状态检测、故障诊断和故障解决等功能。实验结果表明,本系统运行稳定,能够实现对 PROFIBUS 总线节点的实时监控和故障处理,具有一定的可行性和应用价值。关键词:PROFIBUS 总线;嵌入式技术;远程监控;诊断系统Abstract:With the development of industrial automation, the use of bus as a communication means in the industrial field is becoming more and more common. PROFIBUS, as one of the most popular fieldbuses, has been widely used in industrial production processes. In order to improve the reliability and safety of PROFIBUS, remote monitoring and diagnosis are required. This paper proposes a remote monitoring and diagnosis system based on embedded technology, which can realize the real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis and fault resolution of PROFIBUS nodes. The system hardware uses STM32F407 chip as the main controller, and communicates with PROFIBUS bus through RS485 to UART chip and SEDIVE communication chip. The system software uses FreeRTOS operating system and C++ programming language to achieve functions such as node status detection, fault diagnosis and fault resolution.
