Producing T91 steel ingots by continuous casting can reduce production costs and improve product quality. This study aims to explore the heat transfer simulation and solidification characteristics of T91 steel continuous casting process, and provide a scientific basis for optimizing the continuous casting production process. This paper will conduct research from the following aspects: 1) T91 steel materials and their industrial applications; 2) Heat transfer issues in T91 steel continuous casting process and related simulation methods; 3) Solidification characteristics of T91 steel in continuous casting process and corresponding experimental and calculation methods; 4) Experimental and data analysis results and conclusions.【Keywords】T91 steel; continuous casting; heat transfer simulation; solidification characteristics
