The aim of this study is to explore the mechanism of TIPE2 in regulating cell proliferation and inflammation. First, through in vitro experiments, it was found that TIPE2 can inhibit tumor cell proliferation and migration. Secondly, through Western blot and Immunofluorescence and other techniques to study the effect of TIPE2 on multiple signaling pathways, it was found that TIPE2 can inhibit PI3K/Akt and NF-κB and other signaling pathways, while activating JNK and p38-MAPK and other signaling pathways. Finally, through mouse model experiments to study the regulatory effect of TIPE2 on inflammatory response, it was found that TIPE2 can alleviate the inflammatory response induced by LPS in mouse liver. In summary, this study preliminarily explored the mechanism of TIPE2 in regulating cell proliferation and inflammatory response, which provides a reference for further study of the role of TIPE2.Keywords: TIPE2; cell proliferation; inflammatory response; signaling pathway; mouse model.
