First, the precursor of Y4Al2O9 was synthesized by sol-gel method, and the synthesized precursor and Y4Al2O9-based microcrystalline powder were characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and other techniques. The experimental results show that by controlling the calcination temperature and time of the materials, Y4Al2O9-based microcrystalline powder with high purity was successfully synthesized, and its crystal structure is orthorhombic. At the same time, its optical, electrical and other properties were preliminarily studied, and it was found that the material exhibits good fluorescence and conductivity.
